A few years ago, when I realized I needed to take better care of my physical health, I went out and found my CrossFit coach, Santiago.

Sure, I could have done an at-home program like Peloton or joined a community fitness class like Zumba. But I knew I’d increase my chances of success if I had a workout plan designed just for me.

When progress stalled out in a major way for me at Hostopia in 2005, it wasn’t a conference, book, or masterclass that turned things around. It was my entrepreneurship coach, Patrick Thean, from Rhythm Systems. Without his guidance, I hate to think how things might have gone.
