Minors/Majors: Startup Growth Hacks

One of my favorite scaling concepts—or “growth hacks”—is called “Minor/Majors.” These are entrepreneurial actions that require minor effort and funding but can yield a major impact on growth.

While I share an extensive list of ideas in my book Start. Scale. Exit. Repeat. I want to provide various examples to see how this concept plays out in real life. I’ve seen all these actions used to hack growth—including at my own companies.
